This is an EASY linear walking route of 15km that follows mostly rural roads from Garraf Renfe station and ends at Sitges Renfe station via the GR-92 coastal trail. The route is a few ms inland from the coast but beginning and ending in two coastal towns.
Allow 4-6 hours to complete the route depending on fitness level.
Garraf is a small beach town with a marina. It is famous for its LGBT and nudist friendly beaches. From Renfe Garraf we walk up into the mountins passing an open mine. Continuing along this path we come across some old stone monuments arriving at the Can Lluis Farmhouse. From here we switch onto a rural road which passes through fields arriving at Campnsens church.
From the church the rural road continues onto an old stone Can L'Amell defense tower and farmstead. Following the rural road further we drop down to the access road for the cement factory which passes via several old industrial ruins such as a stone chimney. Cross under the C32 motorway and take a left path going back up into the forested mountain side.
At the white Trinitat Hermitage there is a costal viewpoint. Further along the path we pass a Telecoms tower and take a left path along a ridgeline with various viewpoints of Sitges. Getting to the town we pass the cemetery and Sant Sebastian Beach heading through the town to Sitges Renfe train station.

My recommended place to swim is Platja de Sant Sebastià beach. Behind the beach are several terrace restaurants such as a pizzeria and an Argentinian steak house. The last train from Sitges to Barcelona departs between 22:30h - 23:00h so you have time to swim and eat dinner after the hike.
This is an easy-medium walking route. I always do it with a small rucksack of the essentials including first aid kit. Emergency waterproof jacket is optional depending on the weather forecast.
Take 2 to 3 litres of water because there is nowhere to top up water bottle along the route. I like to wear ankle boots because some of the paths are rocky and uneven.
Includes high visibility fog and rain waterproof cover in zip compartment at bottom of rucksack.
Small lightweight first aid kit
Lightweight convertible trousers that zip down to shorts
I prefer ankle high boots on mountain trails for the ankle support and increased stability over rocky trails.
With toe and heel reinforcements that give good padding.
Light weight warm fleece
IPX8 waterproof floating and submersible case & Lanyard. Permits photos and touchscreen use.
Small pouch lightweight Waterproof jacket for emergencies
Light weight cotton quick dry T-shirt
Address: Estacio de RENFE, Garraf. 08860
Start the route at Garraf Renfe RODALIES station on the R2 and R2 Sud line. End at Sitges on the same train line. I recommend buying a single ticket to Garraf and a single ticket from sitges to Barcelona becaue they are in different zones and the Garraf ticket is slightly cheaper.
