The Costa Durada is the coastline in Catalunya running south of Barcelona to the border with Valencia. The costa Durada is served by the Mediterranean corridor railway lines with trains running as a Rodalies service for the towns near Barcelona or as a Regional service for towns a little further away.

The GR-92 coastal path runs the whole length of the costa durada and it is commonly referred to as La Ronda or Camino de la Ronda. The GR-92 passes via the most picturesque fishing villages and towns like Sitges, El Roc De Santa Gaieta and Tamarit. The Costa Durada also has some amazing remote beaches and coves.

on this page I provide a summary of all the towns that can be visited as day or weekend trips along the Costa Durada. Clicking on any of the photos will take you to that attraction page which has detailed information on what to do and see in each town as well as maps of how to get there and where to stay. Some of these day trips are GR-92 walking activities along the best bits of this coastline.

Happy Exploring!
