Caraterra de Aigües is a flat pedestrian Gravel Road in the foothills of Collserola below Tibidabo and Vallvidrera that offers multiple viewpoints of Bacelona City. The trail is great for running, walking and cycling and popular with people doing morning or evening exercise as well as a good place to watch the sunrise or sunset.
I have split the trail into multiple sections termed as access, i.e. a path you take to get to carraterra de Aigües or Section of Caraterra de Aigües. The whole trail is about 15 Km if using the Sant Joan access and Penetents access. See the Connections Map for Caraterra de Aigües PDF in the documents tab for more context.

Xipress access 2.3 km (on foot only)

This is my favourite place to go running in Barcelona. I carry a small 10L rucksack with a warm fleece inside and 0.8 litres of water because there are fountains along the route.
